Research Associate | Data Scientist
I was born in 1993 in Athens, Greece. I received my B.Sc. degree from the Physics department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2016 and in 2020 I graduated from ‘’La Sapienza’’ University of Rome with a M.Sc. degree in Data Science.
As a data scientist I have worked also for the Hellenic Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS) (2017-2018) in Athens and in ENEL GLOBAL SERVICES S.R.L (2020) in Rome where I carried out my Master Thesis. The same year I begun working as research associate in the Institute of Astronomy, Astrophysics, Space Applications and Remote Sensing (IAASARS) of the National Observatory of Athens, with main focus on implementation of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms using Big Earth Observation data for Agricultural Monitoring and Agri-hubs.
